This music video, directed by Mark Pellington, is one of two videos created for this song. Mark came to Kyle in late
November 2006, seeking creative input on compelling graphics and editing for this music video. Kyle, Gary Mau,
and I explored different ways in which the type could be incorporated and executed. This version of the video debut
-ed on MTV's Total Request Live at #9, and has since gone on to top the countdown at #1 on December 21, 2006,
becoming the band's first TRL #1, and also becoming the last #1 video on TRL for 2006.
